Kevin Steele
Kevin Steele is the Co-Owner of The Vault Grooming Company with 18 years of experience behind the chair. As a master stylist specializing in fades, beard work, and precision detailing, Kevin brings high-level skill and consistency to every client who sits down in his chair.
Kevin helped build The Vault to create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for both employees and clients — a place where the culture is strong, the vibes are good, and everyone feels taken care of.
Known in the shop for his energy and confidence, Kevin proudly says, “I do work, son!” and is, by his own words (and the team’s), a legend in the grooming game.
Vance Lycans
Vance Lycans is the Founder and Co-Owner of The Vault Grooming Company — a veteran-built movement grounded in loyalty, discipline, and brotherhood. An 8-year U.S. Army Veteran, Vance brings military-level standards to everything The Vault represents: respect, consistency, and taking care of your people.
With experience in fades, beard work, styling, and modern men’s grooming, Vance blends precision with creativity, pushing The Vault’s standard higher with every cut. His background in business development, branding, and community outreach fuels the culture and keeps the shop rooted in purpose.
The Vault cult isn’t about ego — it’s about belonging and earned loyalty. Once you’re in, you’re family. The vibes are heavy, the energy is real, and the door only opens for those who respect the culture.

Maverick Lewis
Maverick Lewis is a Master Barber at The Vault Grooming Company with 7 years of experience, specializing in fades, beard trims, straight razor shaves, and custom designs. His style delivers a modern take on vintage, classy cuts — blending old-school craftsmanship with a sharp, modern edge.
Maverick chose The Vault for the culture, the atmosphere, and the opportunity to work alongside Kevin and Vance building something special. Outside of the shop, he is also a tattoo artist at Black Arrow Tattoo Company, so feel free to talk ink with him while you’re in the chair.
Pauletta C.
With over 20 years behind the chair, Pauletta specializes in fades, beard sculpting, eyebrow waxing, perms, and locs. She brings experience, consistency, and a laid-back approach to every client.
A sports lover at heart, Pauletta chose The Vault for the relaxed atmosphere and the genuine sense of acceptance and community. She believes great hair starts with good energy—and she’s proud to be part of a team that feels like family.
Shawn “Smokey” Robinson
Veteran cosmetologist specializing in fades and ethnic hair. Known for blurry fades and sharp lineups. Passionate about fitness, self-improvement, and delivering clean, consistent results every time.
Alexis “Brooke” Prince
Cosmetologist with 15 years of experience specializing in color, hand-painted highlights, specialty haircuts, and updos.
